Our Return Policy
Luv Boutique Candles' desire is to “Light the moments of your life” however, being human we at times may not bring the spark. We take much pride in our candles and make every effort to ensure the quality of each of our candles, with your complete satisfaction in mind. If there be any issues concerning your candles please see our return policy below. You may also contact us via email at luv@luvboutiquecandlse.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
NOTE: We Do Not accept any returns of candles that have been lit and No returns because of dissatisfaction with the scent after ordering.
Returns
Please contact us at luv@luvboutiquecandles.com within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We must receive the returned item(s) within 10 business of initiating a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused with original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to errors made by use. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at luv@luvboutiquecandles.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, discount, special offer items are non-refundable.
